I’ve had this urge to draw sugar gliders for something like 24 hours. I keep forgetting I can’t really draw one. Some aren’t bad, but still not quite as good as I’d want. Also, there’s a bunch I drew that I haven’t even scanned. These ones are the least bad ones.

I don’t understand how their flaps between their front and hind legs are attached and how they fold when not stretched. I think that’s why they’re giving trouble. And yes, I have looked at reference photographs, I just don’t get it.

I tried drawing him in different poses. Sometimes it worked and sometimes, well, it didn’t.

Those are ring-tailed lemurs. Maki Catta is another name used for them, mostly in French it seems.
I want one. I really do.
