Aerobic Bear
First one’s original and second one’s treated to be black and white.
Someone mentioned the words aerobic bear. I don’t know exactly why, I believe it was something that was misread. Anyway, I got vivid a mental picture and yes, in my mind, the bear was dancing to that song.
Kung Fu Cameleon
The first one is the plain scan, as is, and the second one is a cheat pure black and white version. It’s the Threshold tool/option/filter/don’t-know-what-those-are-named thingie in Gimp.
As I sat down to draw, I was listening to Herbie Hancock’s Head Hunters album. It practically drew itself.
Ninja!
Ink wash (8×10).
A raccoon family woke me up a few times during the night. They make those weird growls and sounds that can only be described as Yoda-like. Raccoons are nature’s ninja; that is the reason they sport a mask.

The Bravery Test
Trying to use different pencils. Also trying to represent the Masai bravery test and that didn’t work out all that well.
Rhino and stuff.
Trying out some stuff. I figured, if I was going to participate in an exhibition, I might as well try my hand at real drawings. The results are… meh, but better than expected, so it evens out.
